Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MeetingTV Inc. ("MeetingTV," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses information in connection with the NextPro website at nextpro.cc (the "Service"). NextPro is a service of MeetingTV Inc. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please also review our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you search, we receive the ZIP code you enter. If we offer accounts or other features in the future, we will collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address and preferences. If you contact us, we collect your contact details and the content of your message.
Location information. If you allow your browser or device to share your location, we use your approximate or precise location to show professionals near you. Location access is optional and controlled through your browser or device settings; you can instead enter a ZIP code.
Usage and device information. Like most websites, our servers and service providers automatically receive certain information when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages and listings viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep the Service secure, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Service, including showing professionals near the ZIP code or location you provide;
- understand and improve how the Service is used, and develop new features;
- respond to your requests, including correction and removal requests;
- protect the security and integrity of the Service, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, scraping and other prohibited activity;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and
- for other purposes we describe to you at the time of collection.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors that perform services for us, such as hosting, content delivery, mapping, analytics and security, who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of MeetingTV, our users or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
4. Public Professional Listings
The professional listings on the Service are compiled from publicly available government licensing records and from third-party business listing sources such as Google Places. Listings may include a professional's name, profession, license information, practice or business address, phone number and a website for the professional or their practice. We do not publish professionals' personal email addresses. This information is made available because it is public information about licensed professional activity. Our use of it is described in our Terms of Use, which also explains that listings are not verified or endorsed.
5. Correction and Removal Requests
If you are a professional listed on the Service and believe your listing is inaccurate, or you would like it removed, email [email protected] with your name, profession, the state of your license and the change you are requesting. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the professional concerned. We will review each request and respond within a reasonable time, and as required by applicable law. Because listings are drawn from public records, we may retain information where permitted by law, and the information may continue to be available from the original public source.
6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"), gives you the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know. To request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to delete. To request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct. To request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. To opt out of the sale of your personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal information in this way, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Categories collected. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from users of the Service: identifiers (such as IP address); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as usage data); geolocation data (ZIP code and, if you allow it, device location); and, if you contact us, contact information. With respect to listed professionals, we have collected identifiers and professional or employment-related information from public records and third-party business listing sources. We disclose these categories to service providers for the business purposes described in Section 3.
How to submit a request. Email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we hold, and may ask for additional information for that purpose. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days.
Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state laws and may submit requests in the same way.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
